Measure the following against your body rather than over your clothes for a more accurate result.
Bust
Measure across your back, under your arms, and around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, ensuring the tape measure sits snug against the body but is not pulled too tight.
